i see a lot of people debating weather or not dance/ballet is a sport or an art and i have to say i don't really think it fits in with either. dancers are the artists of the athletic world and the athletes of the artistic world. we are both athletes and artists, but can stay in neither category. it just takes too much to be a dancer—because that's what we are. dancers.
